Refund Policy

Our Approach

We want you to be confident in every purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Vibrators, dildos, and other toys once the packaging seal is broken
• Lubricants, creams, and consumable products once opened
• Lingerie and apparel that has been worn or has tags removed
• Any item marked as final sale

Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. All returns ship in plain, unmarked packaging.
