Each order is carefully packaged with love, hygiene, and discretion. Because our products are intimate by nature, we follow strict health and safety guidelines for returns and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened, and unworn products that remain in their original packaging and condition.

Eligible Items

Unopened lingerie (in sealed packaging)

Non-intimate accessories (e.g., robes, beauty tools, or apparel)

Items damaged during shipping (with proof)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Worn or opened lingerie

Adult toys and personal care items

Lubes, oils, and cosmetics

Gift cards or digital downloads

Clearance or sale items


3. Return Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for approval.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our support team will respond within 1-3 business days with next steps.


4. Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, fragrance, or damage.

Packaging must be intact (tags, seals, and hygiene liners in place).

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
For sizing issues (on eligible products), exchanges may be approved if the original item is unopened and available in stock.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after your return has been inspected and approved.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your package has been processed, it cannot be canceled or recalled.


8. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your return is confirmed.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or credit once your claim is verified.


10. Store Credits & Gift Returns

Returned items may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund, based on the situation and approval from our support team.
Gift recipients may also receive store credit at our discretion.
