2. Coverage

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on select items from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

Product malfunction or defect that prevents normal use

Damaged or faulty materials upon arrival

3. Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

Damage from improper storage, cleaning, or exposure to moisture

Changes in color or texture from washing or product use

Clearance, sample, or sale items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, intimate and personal products that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for replacement unless found defective upon delivery.


4. Warranty Period

30 days from the date your order was delivered

Warranty requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible

We reserve the right to request proof of purchase, photos, or videos of the issue to verify eligibility.


5. Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, you may receive one of the following:

A replacement item (if available in stock)

A store credit for the item’s value

A refund, at our discretion

We will always aim to resolve claims fairly and as quickly as possible.


6. How to Submit a Claim

7. Shipping Costs

If your item is verified as defective, replacement shipping costs will be covered by Pink Room Intimates.
If your claim is not approved, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Room Intimates shall not be liable for:

Any incidental or consequential damages

Any indirect loss resulting from product use or misuse
